Modular Concepts, Inc. designed, manufactured and installed a 1,740 SF Shower modular building that included 41 - 32” showers; 1 – 38” ADA Shower, 14 lavatories; 8 water heaters.

MCI also provided a 1,740 SF Laundry modular building that included 14 large capacity commercial washers (revised with 55# washers, 480V); 14 large capacity commercial dryers; 2 standard washers; 2 standard dryers; 1 motorized cart lift; and 3 water heaters.

All fixtures, commercial appliances, and standard appliances were provided by MCI as part of the modular building configuration.
