Admin/Rec Facility | DHS-ICE

Design-Build a 3-module, 857 SF Commercial Modular Building (CMB) in support of DHS-ICE. The building will serve as offices for ICE employees and support recreational services at the Florence Detention Center in Florence, AZ. 

The recreational facility is environmentally friendly and meets all ADA requirements. The facility layout includes a security office, recreation specialist office, storage, machine room, and a library room. In addition, the building is equipped with stairs and a wheelchair ramp, HVAC systems, data comm., fire alarm, and external audio.
