Interim Training Center (ITC) – Phase II
Project Overview
Design-Build two (2) 6,000 SF Commercial Modular Buildings for the Federal Government to be used for training and administrative use.
The buildings were designed and built to SCIF specifications with the required STC ratings, access controls and door hardware. Site work included the installation of MEP systems, gas back-up generator, automatic transfer switch and fiber optic pathways.
